We work with talented writers, directors and creative visionaries to bring powerful stories to the screen, to inspire audiences to take action and positively impact the lives of people that our stories are about. We believe in the power of film to captivate audiences in a meaningful way and promote accelerated crowd learning that inspires audiences to take action.

We offer a comprehensive Budget Consultation Packages for projects of all sizes, including budgeting, scheduling, business affairs and tax credit consultations. After working with us, clients gain the confidence to pitch their feature film to potential investors, producers, and studios.

Sirad Balducci
Sirad Balducci is an accomplished independent feature film producer and director based in New York. With expertise in socially relevant storytelling, she has gained recognition for her work in film and her role as a producer on various notable projects. A seasoned industry professional, she has collaborated with prominent filmmakers and actors, contributing significantly to independent cinema. Balducci is a board member of New York Women in Film & Television, a member of the Directors Guild of America, and is represented by Gersh NY. She continues to develop impactful stories aimed at inspiring social change.
Flo Michell-Brown
Flo Mitchell-Brown brings over 20 years of leadership, management, and operations expertise in the entertainment industry, complemented by extensive experience with non-profit organizations through various board positions and philanthropic initiatives. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the New York Production Alliance (NYPA) Board, a Board Member of NY Women in Film & Television (NYWIFT), and Co-Chair of the NYC Board of Education Media & Technology Commission. Known for her collaborative approach, Flo has successfully planned and executed impactful events and initiatives across both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, consistently highlighting the talents and strengths of her community. A graduate of Boston College, she is also deeply committed to mentoring youth and advancing community causes, blending her professional acumen with a passion for service.
